BIO: As an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force for over 10 years, maintaining the B-1B and C-17 aircrafts during her career, Jen has a tenacious work ethic and a meticulous attention to detail. Jen oversees the physical fitness program for her squadron in at March Air Force Base. Jen was introduced to CrossFit in the beginning of 2011, and since then she has participated in numerous competitions across the country. Her experience with CrossFit ignited a passion for Olympic Weightlifting and she received her USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach certification in 2013. Jen plans to be a great asset to both CrossFit Kratos and the Kratos Barbell Club.

BIO: Nathan Indorf has been a SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) Specialist with the United States Air Force for over 13 years. During that time, Nathan has endured some of the most physically demanding training the Air Force has to offer. In 2006 Nathan was introduced to CrossFit by a friend and started to follow workouts on the CrossFit main-site. He was able to integrate CrossFit into his Air Force Units’ physical training program, and in 2010 Nathan received his CrossFit Level 1 Certification. Nathan moved to Riverside, CA in 2011 to work at March Air Force Base and started coaching at CrossFit Moreno Valley. Now, as one of the owners and coaches at CrossFit Kratos, Nathan would love to help you meet your fitness goals and prepare for the unknown and unknowable.
